PRAYER REQUEST: My Doc has had me on Omeprazole for acid reflux for about 9 months now. For about the last 2 months or so, I have been waking up in the mornings with a urge to stretch my legs. The stretches are pretty hard, and I get painful cramps in my calves and feet. When I stand up out of bed, my legs wobble for about 3 second or so until I get going. The doc said to use the Omeprozole as need now and observe to see if my magnesium levels are low (side affect of Omeprazole),but it also could be a manifestation of lumbar (lower back) disc disease. Thank you all so much.
